The Strat Plus isNo doubt, Martin with nearly 200 years of existence builds very good guitars, however when we venture into the side of limited series we enter the realm of excellence! The D28 is THE Martin, the most popular of the range. This one was created to order by the Italian store Meazzi in only 19 copies to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the brand! The violin making is at the top, magnificent finishes without falling into excess. The back and sides are in rosewood, the table in sikta… The mahogany neck has an ebony fingerboard (bridge made of the same wood species) decorated with snowflake markers as well as the ebony machine heads to make a D-45 jealous! Even more than the quality of the woods, it is the violin making / manufacturing work that impresses here. In very good condition, it was amplified for a time, sold in its case with its papers.
