At Replay Music, we make buying used musical instruments simple and safe.
1. Verification by a professional
With Replay Music, all instruments sold with the Instrument Verification option (€49) are physically checked by one of our expert partners. This service was developed in partnership with the APLG (Professional Association of Guitar Luthiers) to verify:
- the condition mentioned and conformity to the seller's description,
- the absence of structural problems,
- the presence of original or replacement parts.
If the Instrument Verification option is not selected, the instrument will be shipped directly to the buyer's address, without having been checked by Replay Music. In this case, a return will only be possible if the condition of the instrument differs significantly from what is described or photographed by the seller.
If the buyer is unable to visit the expert proposed by Replay Music after the purchase, Replay Music will reimburse the buyer and ask if he/she wishes to receive the instrument directly, without going through the Verification Service.
2. Testing the instrument
Once the instrument has been checked (and is in accordance with the seller's description), the buyer is invited to go to the expert's workshop to try the instrument and ensure that it is suitable.
If the instrument does not meet the buyer's expectations, the buyer has the option to return it at his own expense. In this case, the expert packs the instrument to return it identically to the seller. In the event of a problem, Replay Music protection guarantees the seller a refund for his instrument.
